Who is Ford Webb Associates?

Ford Webb Associates, Inc. is an executive search and management consulting firm. Since 1986 we have recruited excellent leadership to companies and organizations and assisted them in preparing for leadership transition. Founded in 1986 by Ted Webb and Jean Ford, Ford Webb Associates has grown to be a major national firm focusing on recruiting executives through a strategic search process in the corporate, not-for-profit, and public sectors.
